Welcome to NoPack Camping LLC ("NoPack," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online store, customer portal, reservation system, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Website").

By accessing or using the Website, creating an account, making a reservation, or purchasing or renting products through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use this Website or rent equipment from NoPack Camping LLC.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Certain Website features may require creation of an account.

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information.

Maintain current account information.

Protect your username and password.

Accept responsibility for all activity occurring under your account.

NoPack Camping LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or violate these Terms.

3. ONLINE RESERVATIONS

Reservations are subject to equipment availability and confirmation.

NoPack Camping LLC reserves the right to:

Refuse any reservation.

Limit quantities.

Correct pricing errors.

Cancel reservations due to inventory shortages, fraud concerns, payment issues, or other operational reasons.

Submission of a reservation request does not guarantee equipment availability until confirmed by NoPack Camping LLC.

4. RENTAL AGREEMENTS

All equipment rentals are governed by the applicable Rental Agreement, Liability Waiver, and related rental documents.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement shall control regarding rental matters.

5. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By placing a reservation, you authorize NoPack Camping LLC to charge the payment method provided for all amounts due, including rental fees, deposits, delivery charges, optional protection plans, cleaning fees, repair costs, replacement costs, late fees, and other charges authorized under your Rental Agreement.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations may be canceled according to the cancellation schedule displayed at checkout and contained within the applicable Rental Agreement.

Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.

7. WEBSITE CONTENT

All content on the Website, including text, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, software, designs, trademarks, and branding materials, is owned by NoPack Camping LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without our prior written consent.

8. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to:

Use the Website for unlawful purposes.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Website systems.

Interfere with Website operation or security.

Upload malicious code, malware, viruses, or harmful content.

9. USER SUBMISSIONS

You represent that you own or have permission to submit such content.

NoPack Camping LLC is not responsible for third-party content, policies, services, or practices.

NOPACK CAMPING LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND RELIABILITY.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOPACK CAMPING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE;

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO NOPACK CAMPING LLC DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

The parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

To the extent permitted by law, both parties waive any right to a jury trial.

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

NoPack Camping LLC may modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the Website and become effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
