What is NoPack Camping?
We’re a family-owned camping gear rental company based in Bonney Lake, Washington. Our goal is to make camping easy and affordable for people who’ve never done it before.

How does the rental process work?
Browse our gear → Choose your dates → Reserve online → Arrange Delivery → Camp happy → Return everything clean.

How are rental dates calculated?
We rent by the day, so if you pick up or we deliver equipment on a Friday, and you return it on Sunday, that's 3 days.  

What kind of gear do you rent?
We offer complete camping kits which includes tents, tent footprints, sleeping pads, coolers and chairs.  Other items can be added on such as sleeping bags, canopies, flashlights and headlamps.

Do you clean your gear between renters?
Absolutely.  Everything is cleaned and items such as sleeping bags and cooking equipment are fully washed and sanitized between rentals.

Do I need camping experience?
Nope! We specialize in helping first-timers. We provide detailed setup guides and are always happy to answer questions.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • 14+ days before pickup: Full refund
  • 7–13 days before pickup: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund (Washington weather is unpredictable — we still hope you go camping!)

What if gear gets damaged or lost? 
For minor damages we typically do not charge anything beyond the damage deposit as normal wear is expected. Significant damage or loss will be charged at replacement value.  We will communicate these costs to you after we receive the gear back and assess any damages.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we are able to deliver within reasonable distance from our location in Bonney Lake, WA. Additional charges may apply based on the distance. Please provide us with as many details as possible at the time of booking, or contact us ahead of time, and we will provide you with an estimate.

Can I pick up the equipment? 
Yes. If you prefer we can arrange pickup.  We are located in Bonney Lake, WA (exact address provided after booking confirmation).

Do you ship gear?
No, we currently are not offering shipping.

Are you insured?
We carry full commercial insurance. Renters are responsible for the gear while it’s in their possession.
